Complete Front Yard and Backyard Renovation

For this project we worked closely with a home remodeling company to make a complete home and property transformation. After meeting with the homeowner and remodeling company we discovered they wanted to incorporate a cottage theme into the home and front yard landscape. The objective was to take a typical 1960s rambler and give it the look and feel of a cottage.

We created a master plan that encompassed the entire property, front-to-back. To keep the landscape design cohesive with the rest of the home, we constructed a warm, welcoming entrance, where we incorporated a large paver stoop and a curved paver walkway. We then added soft accent lighting to bring a subtle glow to the beautiful remodel. The project was finished off with a serene backyard patio and basalt backyard fountain.

You can see the cottage inspiration in the materials chosen such as the cobblestone pavers, heritage plants, and meandering natural stone paths that are found throughout the property.
