Other Minnesota Landscaping Projects

The owners of this Medina home wanted a pool with a natural element. We accomplished this by building in large gray trap boulders on the edge of the pool. This added a natural feature to the pool and also softened the hard lines of the pool.

The landscaping had to have a natural element as well. We used natural prairie grasses and wildflowers on the hill side. We also added the same boulders throughout the landscape to help tie the pool and the landscaping together.

This client wanted a very natural looking waterfall along with a bridge over the stream leading to the front door of their Minnetrista home. We brought in some specialized equipment so that we could use 4-5000 pound boulders in the waterfall and stream. Larger boulders along with smaller boulders help to put a waterfall in to true context.

The client wanted a sitting area and wanted something beautiful to look at from the house during all the seasons. We custom designed and built a trellis/ arbor with a patio beneath it. This project was in Bloomington.

The pergola structure is just an example of what we can do with walls and windows in combination with an overhead pergola. The windows had a stained glass border with pewter mullions. There was no complete window because we wanted to keep an open feel to it. This was at the home show.

This custom built deck at a home in St. Louis Park has more detail then you typically see in a deck. A very high grade of cedar was used.
